The Goals

Kilbourne's project involved developing a new company brand identity as well as redesigning the current EKCS website. The style guide required key design elements to ensure consistent branding in the future, providing a resource for colors, logo application, fonts, and more. These guidelines were then used for the updated website layouts.

Logo Treatment

EKCS logo treatment-1.png
EKCS logo treatment-2.png

The primary logo can be used on solid-colored backgrounds, so long as legibility is not an issue.

For multicolored/image backgrounds (or when legibility is an issue) use the secondary, single-colored variations.

The primary logo should NOT be used in image-based backgrounds or solid-colored backgrounds where the legibility of the entire logo becomes compromised.
